Karingal Hub Membership Club
Terms and Conditions
In these terms and conditions:
a. Centre means ISPT Karingal Hub Shopping Centre Trust (ABN 14 113 009 273) operating as Karingal Hub, 330 Cranbourne Road, Frankston VIC 3199
b. Membership means the Karingal Hub Membership Club.
c. Member means person who proposes to become a member of the Karingal Hub Membership Club.
d. Karingal Hub Entities means Karingal Hub, all associated companies, advisors and agencies and all those entities’ personnel.
1. To become a member of the Membership Club, a person must;
a. fully complete a Karingal Hub membership form available from the Centre’s website at www.karingalhub.com.au
b. check the box to confirm that the Member agrees to these Terms and Conditions; and
c. lodge the completed application form electronically on the Karingal Hub website at www.karingalhub.com.au
2. Upon receipt and processing of the membership form, the Member’s details will be included in the Karingal Hub Membership Club database maintained by Karingal Hub.
3. To be eligible to register as a Member of the Membership Club, a person must:
a. be at least 13 years of age; and
b. where a person is less than 18 years of age, have the consent of their parent or guardian to register as a Member of the Membership Club.
4. The Member acknowledges and agrees that all decisions pertaining to the membership of the Membership Club rest solely with Karingal Hub and its decision is final. Karingal Hub reserves the right to change or amend these Terms and Conditions.
5. Karingal Hub gives no warranty as to the continuing availability of the Membership Club or any discount, special offer or promotion in connection with the Membership Club and may, in its absolute discretion, at any time cancel, vary or limit availability of the Membership Club or any discount, special offer or promotion in connection with the Membership Club in whole or in part upon reasonable notice.
6. Karingal Hub, all associated companies, advisors, agencies and related bodies corporate (including their respective directors, employees, agents and consultants) accept no liability whatsoever for any delays, disruption, omissions, errors, costs, expenses, loss, damage or injury whatsoever that may arise in any way from the Member’s participation in the Membership Club (including, but not limited to, the Member’s redemption or use of any promotional offer).
7. Each Member indemnifies and keeps indemnified the Karingal Hub Entities against all claims, losses, damages, costs and expenses made against, suffered by or incurred by the Karingal Hub Entities arising out of the Member’s participation in the Membership Club (including, but not limited to, the Member’s redemption or use of any promotional offer).
Privacy
8. Karingal Hub collects personal information of Members of the Membership Club (eg name, gender, date of birth, email, address, phone number).
9. By registering to become a Member of the Membership Club, the Member consents to Karingal Hub using and/or disclosing the Member’s personal information for the following purposes (Purposes):
a. administering the Membership Club (including to contact the Member in relation to the Membership Club by phone, email or post);
b. carrying out activities associated with the Membership Club; and
c. direct marketing activities (e.g promotional activities, distribution of e-newsletters and other publications to the Member, distribution of advertising to the Member (including third party advertising content) and sending mobile push notifications and other communications to the Member, including information sent by or on behalf of Karingal Hub’s business partners that Karingal Hub considers the Member may find interesting.
10. Karingal Hub may disclose personal information of the Member to other entities in connection with the Purposes, including to its agents, contractors, service providers and other selected organisations that provide promotional offers or other products, services or events and which may use the personal information to inform the Member about such products, services or events.
11. Members may access and update their personal information, or opt-out of receiving direct marketing communications, by contacting Karingal Hub Centre Management, as per the details on the website.
12. All personal information provided by Members, access to personal information (including seeking correction of personal information) and handling of complaints is managed under the Karingal Hub Privacy Policy. Karingal Hub Kids Club
Terms and Conditions
In these terms and conditions:
a. Centre means ISPT Karingal Hub Shopping Centre Trust (ABN 14 113 009 273) operating as Karingal Hub, 330 Cranbourne Road, Frankston VIC 3199.
b. Kids Club means the Karingal Hub Kids Club.
c. Member means the child who proposes to become a member of the Kids Club.
d. Karingal Hub Entities means Karingal Hub, all associated companies, advisors and agencies and all those entities’ personnel.
1. To become a member of the Kids Club, a Parent or Guardian must:
a. fully complete a Kids Club membership form available from Centre Management at the Centre;
b. check the box to confirm that the Parent or Guardian agrees to these Terms and Conditions; and
c. lodge the completed Kids Club membership form to Centre Management at the Centre.
2. Upon receipt and processing of the Kids Club membership form, the Member’s details will be included in the Kids Club database maintained by Karingal Hub and the email address provided on the Kids Club application form will be added to the Kids Club email distribution list.
3. To be eligible to join the Kids Club, a Member must:
a. be a resident of Victoria;
b. be aged under 13 years or 12 years and 364 days; and
c. have the consent of their Parent or Guardian to join the Kids Club.
4. The Parent or Guardian acknowledges and agrees that all decisions pertaining to the membership of the Kids Club rest solely with Karingal Hub and its decision is final.
5. Karingal Hub gives no warranty as to the continuing availability of the Kids Club or any discount, special offer or promotion in connection with the Kids Club and may, in its absolute discretion, at any time cancel, vary or limit availability of the Kids Club or any discount, special offer or promotion in connection with the Kids Club in whole or in part upon reasonable notice.
6. The Karingal Hub Entities accept no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever that may arise in any way from the use of any gift, product or other item distributed from time to time by Karingal Hub to members of the Kids Club or the conduct of any promotion, event or activity in connection with the Kids Club.
7. The Parent or Guardian indemnifies and keeps indemnified the Karingal Hub Entities against all claims, losses, damages, costs and expenses reasonably or lawfully made, suffered or incurred by the Karingal Hub Entities arising out of the Member’s membership of the Kids Club or any promotion, event or activity in connection with the Kids Club.
