Please see below for how to activate your card, where it can be used and how to use it.

Where can I use the Pays Enabled Prepaid Gift Card?

Your card can be used at the restaurants in Karingal Town Square – Grill’d, Schnitz, RASHAYS, Sushi Sushi and Rosa Mexicano.

Your Vault-Pays enabled card must be added to your phones native wallet before making a purchase. See ‘How to add your Pays Enabled Prepaid Gift Card to your phone wallet’.

Can I make a purchase that is a greater amount than the value on my Pays Enabled Prepaid Gift Card?

  • Your purchase must be equal to, or less than the value on your card otherwise payment will be declined.
  • If in store you can ask the cashier to ‘split’ the payment between the value of your Vault card followed by a second payment method.

How do I activate my Pays Enabled Prepaid Gift Card?

  • You will have receive an SMS with a one-time unique activation link once you have won a gift card. Your unique activation code will need to be used within 2 months of the SMS original send date. This will be noted in the SMS you receive.
  • Click on the one-time unique activation link in the text message and you’ll be directed to your device’s app store to install the Vault Payments application.
  • Click the option to install and then open the Vault Payments app and enter your mobile number and activation code that was provided in the SMS. (You may be asked for additional information to confirm your identity.)
  • When prompted, read and accept the Vault Payments Terms & Conditions.
  • You’ll then see your Pays Enabled Prepaid Gift Card in the Vault app, and you’re ready to add it to your Apple, Google or Samsung digital wallet.

How to add your Pays Enabled Prepaid Gift Card to your phone wallet

  • First, you will need to activate your card. (See above)
  • Then you can press “Add card to wallet” in the Vault app to add to Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, or Samsung Wallet.
  • If your phone is paired with an Apple Watch, you can choose to add your card to the wallet on your phone, the wallet on your watch, or both.

What are the terms and conditions of the Pays Enabled Prepaid Gift Card?

Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the digital Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Gift Card and the digital Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard are not included.

The digital Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Gift Card and the digital Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard must be activated within 2 months of issue and is valid for 12 months after activation.

At expiry of the digital Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Gift Card and the digital Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard any unused balance will be forfeited, and you will not be given notice prior to expiry.
