The reimagined Karingal Hub
We are excited to share details of our $160 million redevelopment that has transformed Karingal Hub into a leading shopping and lifestyle destination at the gateway to the Mornington Peninsula.
A market style fresh food experience, the addition of many new retailers and more free parking are just some of the exciting changes to Karingal Hub.
As part of our redevelopment, Karingal Hub’s existing centre was refurbished and expanded, with spaces realigned to improve access, shopping zoned for convenience and a new market inspired fresh food precinct added.
Karingal Hub’s Town Square will be a brand new destination for entertainment and dining. Located within the heart of the newly renovated Karingal Hub, the Town Square will become the place to meet, play and spend time together with family and friends. The much-loved Village Cinemas complex will be perfectly complemented by a great mix of dining and leisure zones. Featuring play and programmable community spaces, a range of new dining experiences will spill out into the Town Square, providing a day to night place to play, dine, relax and connect. Town Square will be unveiled later this year!
And for those who love our free parking, we have added an extra 650 free car parks, taking the number of car spaces at the centre to 2,750, with 40 per cent undercover!
